Currently seventy-three years old, Arthur Hindle was born to a Navy family on July 21, 1948, in Toronto, Ontario.

Arthur grew up in the “Beaches” of Toronto as a shy child. Later, the actor developed into a rebellious and independent teenager. 

Since independence from his teenage time, Hindle was into various activities like traveling, picking weird jobs, meeting different people.

At 21, Hindle was known as a stockbroker and an amateur photographer. Though he succeeded as a stockbroker, his interest in acting since the teen was unfulfilled. 

After the inspiration from the Toronto Workshop Production play, Hindle left the stock market for his passion for theatre. Beginning with rough paths, Hindle was directed to Eli Rill’s workshop, where the actor learned communicative techniques and explorations of the method.
