On May 22, 2009, the parents of Keith Randulich and Sabrina Clement were out of their house. That was when he took his sister to the basement and fatally stabbed her to death.
He took a 5-inch steak knife and slit her throat. As that was not enough to kill the little girl, Keith stabbed her multiple times on her neck.
After committing the murder of his sister, Keith himself called 911 and informed them about the crime.
