When Suzanne Morphew’s husband Barry is tried for her murder in May 2022, her married lover Jeff Liebler will be forced to testify.
Liebler is included prominently on the witness list, which also includes Mr. Morphew’s lover Shoshona Darke, 51, according to newly revealed court documents.
In May, Morphew, 53, was charged with the murder of his wife, a year after she vanished.
CBI agent Jonathan Grussing, who testified in September that he believes Morphew murdered his wife with an animal tranquilizer before concealing his tracks and disposing of her body likely in the remote Garfield Mine is also on the witness list. The investigation regarding the case is still ongoing.
