Kathy was in a marital relationship with a guy named, Jon Garcia. The couple had three beautiful children along with twins named, Brie and Nickie, and JJ Garcia. The star is the grandparent of her 2year-old granddaughter from Brie Bella and husband Daniel Bryan.
However, Kathy divorced Jon after she alleged him of cheating with her in their marital relationship. As Kathy often comes to the WWE with her daughters, Bella Twins, she met the former WWE wrestler and producer of WWE, John Laurinaitis.
On 3rd September 2015, Kathy and John got engaged and later got married in a private ceremony on 24th March 2016. As of now, the couple is happily living their life.
